Looking for an (at least 100×100 size) Island/Peninsula off the coast of a continent [JAVA] [1.21]

I'm looking for either:

– A hilly island VERY CLOSE to a hilly coast of a continent

– A hilly peninsula with a VERY narrow land formation leading to a hilly coast of a continent

Warmer climates are preferred.
