Stretches from -850 to 550 North to South (1,400 blocks) and can be accessed via boat directly from spawn!
Going to face the ocean to the East, I found some exposed iron right there near spawn. Don't forget to bring saplings and resources from animals from the South before making the boat journey East. If you're on Java like I am, I found my sheep for wool around -575, 775. The exposed Ocean Ruin building on the Southwest island had a few coal in it it start making torches. Enjoy!
