Hi Jess! You see the thing that you saw on the ground next to the refrigerator is called the inspector. He only appears if you served an anomaly or ignored a human from ordering a shawarma. If you want to know whether the customer is an anomaly or not, use the cctv's night vision and or look behind the head of the costumer. Sometimes they have a second face behind it. Also, you can use the shop on the upper left corner! Those are very useful. Anyways, thank you for making such wonderful videos! I've been watching since 2021 🙂
