You spawn in a village and you can find multiple huge caves near spawn. The caves' openings always look so unassuming so you'd never think of exploring them, but when you try to explore them they just go deeper and deeper lmao. For the cave in this video, I literally had to go back home because I ran out of sticks and wood for torches and shields, as well as food (I had a full stack before entering). This short video shows the opening of one of he caves I enjoyed the most. I've explored so much of it (not in the video) and there are STILL huge areas that I haven't gone to. Keep digging around because sometimes you might feel as if you've reached the end of the cave, but if you break a few blocks you'll find out that you're wrong XD
Aside from the massive cave, if you turn the ruined portal into a nether portal, you spawn next to a fortress ! just be careful of the lava right next to the portal when you spawn lol.
Also, I found this seed from Sure_Employ8266 ! They mentioned how the spawn was great and the ruined portal led to a fortress, but what struck me the most about the seed is how seriously fun the caves are!
P.S. sorry for the extreme fps drops in the video, my pc is being fixed so I'm playing on my Macbook and its starting to sound like a plane engine </3
