How to Spare Every Terraria Boss (Pacifist Route Mod)

For once, we’re going to be showing mercy to bosses rather than hunting them down.
This mod allows you to spare Terraria bosses and turn them into token town NPCs. Some smaller enemies are also affected and can be spared. Currently, Moon Lord is the only mainline boss that can’t be spared, and the Wall of Flesh is the only one that doesn’t turn into an NPC.

  1. This New Year, I resolve that I'll do my best to make friends with bosses instead of hunting them for sport.

Like all New Years resolutions, that'll only last about a week.

  2. I guess it kinda makes sense that being a pacifist would be easier than normal, since I would imagine that the mod took inspiration from Undertale where Neutral is easy, Pacifist is tricky, and Genocide is expert mode.
Terraria uses the genocide route by default, meaning that you've already experienced the "hard" part where you learn enemy attacks and how to properly dodge them with plenty of health and armor. Pacifist would be a little easier in comparison, although it is probably easier to get yourself killed when you try to spare a boss without the equipment you would normally have.

  3. Kinda is a interesting idea

Definitely think the dungeon enemies should be friendly once you befriend skeletron

Same with jungle temple and the jungle with the hornets

Would be interested to have alternative item drop for these

Like one not for combat or defense but for building n such

I kinda imagine maybe having a builder/partner class when doing these runs kinda be interesting

And maybeee…. Could make it that there new npc to unlock and such

Idk it a interesting idea and I would love to see this expanded to other mods

  4. lowkey kinda want more unique drops or interactions, like for example:
the horn-stinger (from pacifying the queen bee)
"Used in battle by those considered royal, resembels a hollowed-out stinger"
if in battle, summons the queen bee to aid you, who also summons an army of smaller bees to aid her
if the player reaches 0 hp, once per battle, player gets covered in beeswax, making him invulnerable to damage for 4 seconds, regenerating him to half of his max health and temporarily enraging queen bee

some items like that would be awesome to have/use
    here's another example:
    BrainBlaster
"From awakening the knowledgable one, you may use some of his inner knowledge"
When used, you get info from the nearest enemy alive with most hp, example:
"Queen bee – 3000/4760 hp, will use <Dash> in 3 seconds, best strategy: avoid the dashes, and kill her bees as fast as possible, and use ranged weapons"
    or another one
"Blue slime – 60/100 hp, will use <Jump> in 4 seconds, best strategy: it's a slime, just avoid it's jumps, everyone struggles with them at the beginning"

  5. This is really cool, but I think most of them need to be more difficult to spare them, because making it considerably easier to just spare them instead of fighting them is pretty unbalanced, and I think that takes a lot of the fun out of it

  6. aww I was hoping you'd have to debate the cultist out of worshipping the moon lord, that would've been a fun idea
though idk how it'd be implemented

  7. Lunatic Cultist picking up some random stuff and doing rituals with followers that he didn't know where they came from and didn't even know he was summoning a ancient god

  8. 8:25

Don’t you hate it when you are digging in peace and suddenly you have withstand THE LIGHT OF A THOUSAND SUNS all of a sudden? Like I’m surprised he didn’t get vaporized! 😂😂

    -tCoL someone

  9. They should totally make it so to Pacify a Biome Mimic, there needs to be two of them spawned! Once they fight, the winner becomes pacified. Both drop loot.

  10. "JUST LET ME WIN!!!!!" screams moon lord, as it charges up its last prism

saw this mod when it first came out. its come a long way !! really cool stuff
