I came up with this to convert the signal from a centralized power grid for these night sensor controlled lamps in a square in my creative city

I only know how to do basic circuits but as this project grows over the years I find that independently trying to come up with ways to get redstone to do stuff is the most challenging and fun part of playing in creative. this is the most compact circuit I could make to get the public lights in this square to switch off during the day while being connected to the central switchboard (the grid powers the uppermost torch of the image from below)
