takes a kelp input with some starter fuel and outputs dried blocks after filling its own storage so that it can run forever. Wanted something relatively small scale for survival so I could passively generate fuel to use in bigger smelters and sell to other people on a server. Whole thing fits in a 3×4 area, or 2×3 if there's a wall to contain the water.
