  1. build rooms like the one is stranger things, where 11 was first showed, make alot of the exact same rooms to make the contestent go insane! there should be a painting in every room, but only one of them has a secret door

  2. How about a secret base where you have to break a specific sand block to have the roof collapse leading to another cave. Then the same thing but this time the block that needs to be broken is gravel leading to the secret base.

  3. exape room but it's just a 8 block jump . to do this just make a 5 block set up and then do 3 block estenshion to do and the must listlen to lave chicken after and pigstep and you reset the run ech time they die

  4. Force the escapee to listen to 3 of the worst music discs possible (excluding 11 and 13) at the exact same time all the way through. However, only hint them that it's their "top 3 favorite".

  5. Here's an escape room that no one will escape and before you say it's not an escape "room" he's in a 2,000×2,000 barrier spawn:

*The Spawn*: a village with a blacksmith, a ruined portal and a stronghold (DEEP BELOW the surface with no way to get in but mining) with a portal that has all the eyes filled in.

*Required Items*: 0 Obsidian, 1 Iron Ingot and 1 Flint in the blacksmith chest, 1 Obsidian in the nether portal chest as well as an iron golem (spawned in with a command).

*The Nether (and portal)*: The ruined portal will require 4 obsidian to finish it and if he somehow does manage to get to the nether–he's trapped in a 600×600 barrier box with all the blaze spawners broken.

*How to Escape*: enter The End Dimension

*RULES*: he can mine and craft and kill other animals

oh and he gets his inventory /clear in the beginning and all of these structures MUST be built like they'd naturally spawn too

  6. Secret base or escape room. There is a chest with lava chicken and a jukebox next to it that does nothing. Hidden behind something is a hopper with a sign over it that says trash. The hopper is linked to a redstone item filter that opens the exit / entrance door when lava chicken is is tossed in the in it.

  7. Make a room in which there are different minigames to obtain a certain wool color per minigame so you can place it at the beginning to escape but there is no door and you can escape whenever you want

  8. Secret Base Idea: A small shack rigged with TNT. then in that TNT crater there's a door. The door has door behind it then another and another and another until one of the times the door is rigged with TNT. Then in THAT Crater there's a ladder going into a room exposing what whoever is trying to find the secret room thinks to be the void but its really just black concrete box. then in the Box is a door leading to secret room

  9. Idea: A base full of small, short challenges (say, ten of them – three being logic puzzles, four involving killing certain mobs with tools provided such as blazes with a water bucket, three involving minecraft knowledge) that gifts the player with "useful" items for completing each puzzle (elytra, fireworks, riptide trident, wind charges, etc.). These gifts are all red herrings or otherwise useless for finding the true secret base.

In the mob killing challenges, include one with magma cubes. [That drop ingredients for fire resistance].

In the minecraft knowledge challenges, include one that makes the player brew certain kind of potions (lingering potion of weaving, extended splash potion of slowness), has brewing stands and chests full (full-full) of all the required brewing materials as well as several red herrings (but not magma creams). [Allowing the player to brew fire resistance if they took magma creams from the magma cubes].

Have the base appear to lead into the secret base at the end, but once all challenges are completed, it reveals a lectern with a book telling the player to look elsewhere.

The true secret base is at the end of a short tunnel, with the beginning of the tunnel being in the bottom of a lava pool in a corner of the map – requiring fire resistance. The player is therefore forced to brew fire resistance using the ingredients found at the base to access it.
