Rule 4: Large ocean spanning thousands of blocks. It's roughly 1k blocks to the nearest mainland. Not the largest ocean I have found, but what's interesting about this seed is that the spawn point is seemingly dead center of the ocean.

Used chunkbase to confirm the spawn is on the island for Bedrock as well. For the current latest versions of minecraft as of January 26, 2026.
