dont think ots a perfect solution, but try searching for the name of the enchantment in jei and see what mod the enchanted books belong to

Unfortunately this is just the way that it is when using EMI (or some other mods perhaps) for mod name tooltips. You might be able to install a different mod, such as WTHIT or Jade, that shows the proper mod name for enchanted books. [WMITAF](https://modrinth.com/mod/wmitaf) may also be of use.
