When I use a custom modpack on modrinth I have major TPS issues but when using prism to play all the magic with more mods no issues. I'll attach my spark for more info Spark profiler results . I'll try to answer any follow up questions as soon as I have time

consider adding [Not Enough Recipe Book](https://modrinth.com/mod/notenoughrecipebook), based on the spark profile a lot of time is spent getting/writing player information and recipe book data.
Disable Ice and Fire and Alex Mobs and check if is better
You got a laggy MCF datapack. Remove all datapacks and run spark profile again.
MCF datapacks are datapacks that use .mcfunction files. This kind of datapacks can do a lot of things but can cause severe lag if written incorrectly
