Guys please help, suddenly cannot interact with anything ingame except damaging mobs and players!

I am playing a modpack called Horrorland2 with my friends and suddenly no reason at all, I cannot interact with anything, no right clicks, no breaking blocks, no nothing. I can still be damaged by players and can damage them back, but that's about it.
