I’ve launched an app called ARM-MC on Android which lets you host Minecraft servers locally on your Android device’s hardware for free :)

ARM-MC is a native Android app which runs using PumpkinMC (a fast Rust-based Minecraft server), so everything is hosted locally on your device instead of a VPS or PC. You can start worlds, manage them from the app, and share a public address to play with friends. Still early alpha, but working and improving 🙂
