Spoiling just in case since this is technically post-game. Can someone explain why this hair is locked behind the whole game? I read the whole wiki page front and back, and outside of mentioning what it's locked to, absolutely nothing about the reference it could be. (Which is saying a lot because the wiki has at least 15 lines about references in hair lol.) Sorry if this is considered a "low-effort post", I figured since there's nothing about this I should try a community.
Also for reference this isn't related to the new update as far as I'm aware, and it's hairstyle 134, just after the styles unlocked from only Martian Madness, which makes me think maybe just another alien hairstyle? but then why lock it so much farther?

Immediately thought of Madeline from Celeste when I saw that haircut. No clue why it’s locked behind everything though
bears similarity to Madeline from Celeste, so maybe a reference to the Moon Berry final collectible in the game? weird to need to both martians and moonlord tho, and locking hairstyles behind progression at all is dumb
If only we could reset our health stat then you could just dump your gear and start a new world.

Do it unlock only for that character? It would be cool if you can use it to create new characters after beating the game.
