So i proposed to Harvey on friday 12 and we were supposed to have the wedding on monday 15, but on sunday when i watched the weather forecast it showed the "pre-green rain" broadcast. At first I thought the green rain would just not happen because the wedding had to take place, so i went to sleep in my wedding gown expecting to wake up in the cutscene and instead it got postponed to tuesday, so i ended up cutting weeds in my wedding gown all day xd
How rare even is this? Cause there is no way to predict when green rain is going to happen (except for certain dates but it still could be in any of those). Has this happened to anyone else?

This happened to me when I proposed on Summer 25 hoping to have the Dance of the moonlight jellies as our anniversary. But apparently weddings don’t happen on event days so we got married on Fall 1.
Whoah. First time I heard of a postponed wedding because of the green rain. I always anticipate it to be around the second week of summer. Even if it can be grown in the greenhouse, I still love the sound of the scythe cutting the grass amidst rain and thunder. So cathartic.
I had this happen on on my most recent save too, I was worried for a bit that it has just skipped the wedding.
