Okay so, I’m trying to build a rail that travels from my base to my villager hall. I have the bridge for it put it mostly, but I’m trying to figure out how to make two seperate wirings that allow for me to press the button on the top of the planks and be able to return the minecart to me if it’s on the opposing side. The torches in the first picture are meant to receive a signal from the other side, same with the torches in the second picture. Now I’m trying to figure out where to put the start of each signal, since the torches (end of signal) take up most of the blocks underneath. How should I accomplish this? To be clear, I want the same button to both be able to send me off in the minecart, AND be able to return it from the opposing side, from either side. The same button.

Whats your redstone budget / resources like.
I’ve been trying to think up a solution, but without knowing what materials you have easy access to means I’m stuck with ideas that either don’t work or might be too expensive for you right now.
If you can let me know what stuff you have, I should be able to give you a working plan, but until then… 🤷🏻
