Ayooo that was the first recipe I made from the cookbook! I bet it tasted amazing. Frosting a cake is *difficult* and the sponge on this particular cake could personally use a lighter textured frosting imho. It’s delicious, but it’s really heavy for the cake in general. Would pair nice with triple espresso 🙂
