Wth are these things??

So idk which subreddit to go to, and I figured this was the only one. I bought I pack of Minecraft cards because I was out with my friends, as a joke. I opened it and got three cards, I really don't know what to think of them, if they're worth money or if they're illegal or something lmao. Can someone please tell me if they know what these things are if you can?
