Do you guys do this? Few days earlier I was dumpster diving in front of Hayley's house when Jan walked past. She commented similarly so I instantly redeemed the situation by giving her the piece of garbage paper that residents had thrown away
As a follow-up (can’t edit), needless to say Jan didn’t appreciate the garbage as much as the good ol’ granny appreciated the cookies she deliberately threw away probably the very morning

Haven’t been caught yet but I give Lewis bread out of the trash all the time. He seems to like it.

The penalty for being caught rummaging in the trash by anyone except Linus is -25, and just talking to them is +20, so you’re almost breaking even just having a quick chat with your fingers still covered in garbage water.
