There’s a button in the inventory screen that will actually show you what you need and what you’ve handed in so far (it’s the small tree icon in the top left).

I use the in game screens and the wiki. But I also have done so many new farms I don’t really need either anymore for standard bundles.

I use a spreadsheet so yes haha I can’t handle notebooks as I get lost very easily but spreadsheets have saved me

Whenever I pick up a new item I just hover over it in my menu and see if the community center tablet icon warps.
If it does? I keep it. If it doesnt, sold.
