One of the mods in my mods folder is making me crouch and not crouch sometimes even when im not pressing the left shift key

For better context, sometimes when I want to crouch sometimes I wont at all, and sometimes I will for a short period of time like 10 to 30 seconds ill stay crouched without ever pressing the left shift key. Im 100% sure its in my own modpack I made for myself, my friend has a server with its own mods and it doesn;t give me issues, I also tried this in vanilla and I can still crouch just fine.
