I think the bat is comparatively weaker because it can be obtained pre-hardmode too (spawns in chests if you have the vampire seed)

Now we just need a seed where the rat/fairy are the base forms and you need the items to change to human.
I love the fact that in the Vampire secret seed you can get the bat transformation in underground chests

What about armors with abilities like that one from desert that spawns sand tornados and weapons with alt attacks like counter or tornado from that wind staff while using transformations
a note on the Amulet of the Night (bat transform):
I’m pretty sure you can find it in chests on the ‘What a Terrible Night to Have a Curse’ seed, though I’m not fully sure. So it might be pretty useful earlygame in that seed!

I've been playingnthrough the new update entirely on the vampire seed and I've been loving the bat transformation!
The wing flap and dash animation looks so cool and also feel greta to use!
I definitely agree on buffing it's speed, well aside from the vampire one.
(maybe have it retain the old speed as an exlusive secret seed change, much like the "don't dig up" weapon shuffling rebalances)
It's unlocked nearly at the same time as the ufo and broom, so if it had a dmall speed boost it could become a way easier to obtain pseudo-alternative to them.
(Or at least a unique way to dodge attacks, with it's smaller hitbox)
I wonder, does the Soaring Insignia affect the Pixie and Bat transformations?
5:24 are there other name secrets like with the prism and EoL drops?
A cool idea I have in mind for a potential 1.5 update is the ability to combine all the bottomless liquid buckets into one, just like the sponge, and you could change the liquid with a right click, like with the shellphone.
It’s kinda a shame the skates came out the same time as these cause it’s hard to justify changing into a different creature instead of using what essentially nearly equivalent to terraspark boots. How rare they are doesn’t really help either

I'd personally love it if multiple players playing as rat could combine forces but also be forced to share movement with something like a rat king!
Kinda wish the bat mount could auto catch flying insects.
Now for Re-Logic to add a mount that turns you into mist, so you can remake the entirety of Castlevania: Symphony of the Night in Terraria

I can see the pixie being quite useful for various modded bosses once those come around to this update, mainly the bullet-hell-ish ones due to its hover and small hitbox.
A legend of zelda adventure map would be great for all these transformations
