So I'm playing Minecraft bedrock on the PS5. i was fishing on a small island 🏝️ with a enhanced fishing rod with lure II and unbreaking III, because I needed a lot of fish to eat since it's hardcore. so after breaking three enhanced fishing rods. I found a mending enchanted book
So what are the odds of getting this mending enchanted book while fishing and what weapon or tool should I put it on?? 🤔

Its a bit rare but with some hours of fishing you get one ,you can put it on any armour piece preferably diamond or any tools
The odds are around 0.04% to 0.2% per catch, depending on Luck of the Sea.
Also, put it on whatever feels the most needed on. It is your game, and so, your decision!
I have a question about your player skin just being a fox?
Depends on what you use the most, but definitely something diamond. I wouldn’t bother with a rod, for example, until you had everything else.
Armour if you’re taking alot of dmg
Shovel or pick otherwise

Honestly armour would be your best bet, you don’t lose your enchantments when you upgrade it to Netherite either so I’d suggest some type of diamond armour and just wait till you get netherite! But that’s just what I would do, I can’t tell you what to do, just as a suggestion 🙂
It’s rare actually not that rare but I think if you finish with luck of sea 3 within 50 tries you might get it
