Are those percentages for tool durability? I’m not real familiar with GTNH, but they might be a factor

If you pull up the recipe in NEI and shift-click the button in the bottom right corner of the recipe, it should arrange the items for you. It might help figure out what went wrong.

You don’t actually need the tap for resin, breaking the tree also drops it. (You get a bit less but you don’t need to use so much tool durability)
