That’s just an igloo that spawned weird. Igloos can occasionally have a secret dungeon. There’s a ladder that goes from the igloo at the top to the villager and zombie villager at the bottom.

There should be an igloo on top of that snow and a trapdoor in that igloo that leads down to a villager & zombie villager 🙂
