It’s crafted with 8 obsidian in a circle formation, and an eye of ender, which is crafted with an ender pearl, obtained by killing an enderman, and blaze powder, crafted from blaze rods obtained by killing blaze at a nether fortress! Sorry if i was too detailed, I don’t know how new you are, but I wanted to make sure you understood how to obtain the block! Also, its purpose is that it is an interdimensional chest, so if you place down an enderchest at your base, put something in it, and then go to the nether. You can place down another enderchest and grab whatever you put in at your base.
