
This is a world I’ve been working on for 1-2 weeks, and I want to turn it into a huge medieval fantasy port town.
The idea is that the many factions of this world like the Merchans Guild, pirates, Seafarers (Vikings basically), the Royal Family and their knights, etc… as well as many adventurers all converge in this town, which holds many mysteries of its own.
I currently built a tavern and a hotel, that are both run by undercover cultists. The tavern has a suspiciously big storage space behind it, which through a hidden trapdoor leads to the cult’s underground base of operations. (This is also accessable through a secret tunnel underneath the hotel).
The cult kidnaps patrons of the tavern who pass out drunk at night, or adventurers that stay in their hotel, to use them as experiment subjects or ritual sacrifices in their lair.
So far, this is what I’ve done, but I want to expand this world further. Also, if you want to learn how I did the band in the tavern, the audio isn’t edited in, and it comes from them. I gave all 3 of the musicians “puppet” as their jobs, and used the animate function to make it look like they’re playing their instruments. I also placed a little bird, and gave it “bard” as its job, where it starts playing the music you hear in the video if you get close to it (it’s from customNPCs sounds mod). The reason I couldn’t give bard to the musicians is cus an NPC can only have one job. Instead, the crow on the table acts like a music box, and gives the illusion that the music is coming from the musicians.
