I quite like using (white panted) Flinx blocks/walls as mold. The furniture is hard to mix into that however.
Looking forward to using the new Duskware set/block. I do have to agree it does give a somewhat sci-fi look but also an otherworldly look as well.
i bet snow being the material for snow furniture is so you can build a house when doing 'winter is coming' starts. GoT Winter Ironman challenges incoming lol.
we need a wicker block now, to go with the bunny door.
I would love to see new boss themed houses using the new blocks. So many more possibilities have become available fore more unique building techniques and styles
I used some some decor for my building in the underground, and it looks cool, especially lanterns/lamps

crimtane set is ripped straight outta doom
the stone clock being a sundial is pretty cool
same with the spike clock being a guillotine
All I can think of when looking at the falling star set is Kirby
5:01 whenever I build a base that has a core or something in the middle that gives the effect it’s powering the building I usually use the crystal holder for the old ones army but I’m using this from now on
I've been using the easter blocks as trims together with sandstone and it adds so much character, they've got some great Central and South American vibes, great if you want to do Aztec but not just old ruins.

Couldn't you echo coat the top 3rd of the Hallowed chandelier for a giant diamond?
The librarian dresser is just WinRAR, hahaha
In the Librarian set, the door looks like a Water Bolt and I'm almost certain the chandelier is the OOA Dark Mages tome (both what the enemy rides on and the mount it drops).
I love how some older sets finally got fleshed out

7:06, also something cool a comment mentioned in another youtube video is that Aetherium platforms (as said in their tooltip) allow items to pass through them, which makes building platforms above your shimmer much easier before water walking boots.
it looks like the ceiling fan blades become inverted when it's turned off, so maybe it animates if you put it on a timer?
it's also worth noting that cloud is renewable in non-journey-mode now with the new cloud slimes 🙂

Star furniture reminds me of Kirby
Do spiked doors hurt you when you walk into them or do only the blocks damage the player
I also thought the bouler chests were boulders in the trailer! And I was so confused as to why they were there!

I just wanna say that the jellyfish toilet would be one of the worst toilets in this game – which itself says a lot given the competition.
I've seen jellyfish stings before. Not something you want on your giblets.
I’ve always loved how, no matter how absurd it is, Relogic always completes the entire furniture set. They’re probably some of the most creative additions in the game, and I always love how the spriters come up with ways to represent clocks, beds, or bathtubs in say a.. spider or star-themed style.
Now, what I think they could do barring adding more sets is maybe make a bench for every set? It’s a large ask, but there are already wooden, palm, and mushroom benches, so they could round up the group eventually.

What happened to the resolution? I know terraria has a higher fidelity than this in game

I'd love to see a series of smaller houses and builds! Not that I don't love your huge impressive creations, but some more compact builds would be cool too.
