Hey everyone,
I just released Wildex, a progression-based in-game bestiary.
Wildex documents the creatures in your world as you encounter them. You discover mobs naturally through gameplay (by fighting them or observing them with a Spyglass) and once discovered, their information unlocks inside a book-style UI. If you prefer, Hidden Mode can be disabled in the config so all mobs are visible from the start.
It works with vanilla and modded mobs alike and is designed to integrate cleanly into larger modpacks. If needed, you can also exclude specific mobs via the config to better fit your setup.
Each entry can display things like stats, spawn biomes, dimensions, and loot based on real drops. There’s also a completion system: once you discover all trackable mobs, you unlock “Spyglass Pulse,” which temporarily highlights nearby mobs through walls by leftclicking in the air with a spyglass.
I’d love to hear your feedback, ideas, or suggestions for future improvements.

Ooh nice, been wanting one of these
Looks very promising. If I may, a 1.20.1 would be nice for the majority of players, also the book looks AI it would be nice to have some art done in pixel art instead. Other than that it looks sick!
