From my point of view, the baby piglin is OK, but the baby zombies don’t look good at all. It seems like they just made their heads much bigger?
On the other hand, the baby villager… Dude, what is that? They literally cut the head off an adult villager model, didn’t even bother to fix the eyes? I mean, all the baby mobs change their eyes from two pixels to one pixel when they’re babies, but the villager? It can’t be.
I have zero hope that they’ll bother to change that…

The piglins and villagers are odd as hell. Why are the piglins so chonky? The baby piglins already looked fine.
