Part 2 of not believing I figured stuff out. 4 bit adder/subtractor. NO TUTORIALS!

This…this was a challenge.

I had to redesign my full adder. had to come up with a layout. and then spent a lot of time debugging. I suck at redstone but am not to bad at the logic/circuit side of things.
