Found a giant mansion.

I was looking around my world, finding structures for ores(iron, diamonds, etc.)

then I found a mansion, not a normal one tho. The actual thing was in the sky but(I think) Minecraft just didn't know what to do and filled the bottom part with cobble.

Is this rare?
