i think this might be the only possible reason why anyone would ever use a sonar bobber in the entire history of this game
like if you have already hooked a fish why would you not just catch it regardless? otherwise you just wasted bobber durability and bait and time
What if you did one big run where you had to complete each collection in order in order? (First you have to complete farm and forage in order and nothing else, then go to fish collection in order, and so on.)
The challenge is obviously over so this doesn’t matter, but I’m fairly certain luck affects your jelly rate, so going fishing on bad luck days means less jelly. Also, for the octopus food that increases your fishing level temporarily would have definitely helped you out

If u use magic bait and fish on the very bottom left side of the docks on a worst luck day for less jelly u can get midnight market fishes from there nice video good grind well made❤
