Did a lot of refreshing to find a seed with mushroom islands near spawn and easy access to cold and warm oceans. I was especially pleased to find a gorgeous base location about 1000 blocks from spawn. Planning to use this for a forever world, but if someone else is looking for similar features plus a valley base location that will need minimal terraforming, here you go.
The thing that is most lacking is a nearby swamp – you'll have to go almost 3k blocks for a witch hut, but at least it's a trip that you can make by boat and over flat ground in the early game. I also would prefer something other than a giant basalt delta for the spawn area in the nether, but at least the threats there are slow-moving and obvious.
