Definitely without. With blur makes it look abstracted and weak; without blur makes it look in-game and strong, like how I would actually appreciate stumbling upon it in a survival world

I am surprised people are voting without, for a showcase the build is much clearer with blur, because the background is quite busy

I’d suggest without, but with a cleaner and more contrasting background. Maybe a dark grey castle type build, or quartz fountain
The advantage of the blur is that the actual build is more distinct from the background m, and “pops” as others have said, but you could a lot of that same effect just by not having it against a noisy background with a similar colour. That way, you’d not have the disadvantage of feeling overprocessed or “not minecrafty”
It could also help give the viewer a context to hint: “oh, this would go well in my ____ build”
