So, the "Green Monster" is definitely the Flatwoods Monster, a cryptid in WV. Seeing all the cryptids in this was neat, although I'm not sure that the death of the villagers was worth it 😅 you didn't even get to touch Mothman's butt!
I'd like to think that the town sacrificed Emily and then her vengeful spirit came to avenge her own death, but she couldn't kill Krobus or the Dwarf, so she decided to kill people near them so they get framed. And the player is actually a detective who has come to investigate the mass deaths. I have too much time help 😀
