Bro I’m playing summoner and I’m trying to kill daytime empress of light pre-golem. But I wish I knew about the finch staff shimmer, had to make like 12 worlds to find it lol 😅
Chromatic Cloak, like a bunch of additions they made can be used in adventure maps. You could make a small pond of shimmer which the player has to trudge through to progress.
You can throw background walls into Dangerous [name] walls, allowing monsters to spawn even with the wall behind them, useful for making artificial farms
I haven't played in years, but I saw that you used to be able to dismantle the zenith into the swords that were initially used to make it by throwing it into the shimmer. Can you no longer do that with this with the copper sword zenith?
I'm surprised I haven't seen people raging about the true copper short sword, seeing as how the shimmer was how they got their perfect modifier for it.

in anniversary + drunk worlds, half of the water in the map is replaced with shimmer. chromatic cloak would be amazing for that
