It's truly sad we've gotten to this point. It seems to be a slow rollout in the UK as some people say they've gotten this prompt while others say they have not yet.

It sucs for consol players but for the rest I’m sure there will be a mod soon or just use a custom launcher
just use a custom launcher. especially prism launcher is better anyways, loads quicker and is more releiable.
Yeah if this hits Australia, I am going to just ignore it, I don’t need mutiplayer or marketpass to enjoy this game.
I dunno, I am well over 18, but I shouldn’t have to verify my age for a video game. I will settle for single player games if it means not bothering with this kind of thing.

This is not Minecraft specific, it’s XBox Live (or whatever it’s called nowadays) in general, which MC Bedrock uses.
