
This is my biggest problem with the drop. You visually can’t tell what the golden dandelion has done to a baby mob. It is the green particles for both stopping and restarting aging. For a game that has changed things to be visually distinct, this feels like a huge miss.

Isn’t there a different sound played?
The fact the only indicator is a barely discernible sound is just bad game design
Well what item did you use on it?
It was changed in the bedrock preview to go up, or down to indicate, better than nothing, though i also haven’t seen it yet to know how subtle it is, will probably check now
Update, it’s obvious, straight down is paused, straight up is unpaused, I’m sure it will move to java next week 🤞
