why do you think mojang is making these random changes to world features?
When they say a new block hasn’t been added to the game since 2024, what they mean is full blocks.
Because the Copper Age gave us Copper Bars, Copper Chains, Copper Chests, Copper Golem Statues, Copper Lanterns, Oxidized variants of Lightning Rods and Shelves. With Shelves being probably the biggest deal.

Calcite’s texture in Minecraft reminds me of marble which correlates with the fact that real marble contains a lot of it. So more calcite variants like columns or chiseled blocks would be much appreciated

I disagree with age verification being a good thing.
