Trying to use a dropper to launch tnt for rapid deep mining. As you can see based on the photosI I just get stuck on the dropper and thus destroy my repeater. Problem two it does not cycle until empty best I got was one cycle. Problem three tnt does not come out ready to explode. Please help I am struggling for an answer.

Replace the dropper with a dispenser. A dropper will ‘drop’ the item, whereas a dispenser will ‘dispense’ which adds additional function when considering specific items. Ex. Shears, Water Bucket, Lava Bucket, TNT, Powdered Snow, Arrows, Fireballs, etc.
On bedrock droppers are piston pushable, so the slime will stick to it, the design you’re following is probably Java edition. You need to change it up so the piston is never adjacent to the dropper
Also droppers only drop the item, if you want the tnt ignited you need to dispensers
