I am floored by how beautiful Minecraft can look… to think that i can play a game with so much expansive space, where i set my own pace, path and patience, while looking at THIS scenery all running in real time at a more than playable framerate. My 10 year old self would be so jealous of me, and i love that :3
This is using the Distant Horizons mod with the Bliss shader pack. Just a giant thank you to all the people who go out of their way to create the stuff that makes Minecraft visually STUNNING!
It's wild that a now almost 17 year old game continues to have this awesome of a community, still getting updates and still pushing the limits of what can be achieved with the engine it's running in.
Personally i've been playing it since around 2013, i'm now 22, and somehow through all of life i still come back to this game… It's truly one of a kind.

Been playing since 2012, Minecraft is truly one of my most sentimental games of all time. It led me to the friends I still talk to and got me through a very dark time in my life. I still play today and I never get bored of it either
