Water freezing over in the space station in ad astra

The power slowly goes down, then everything freezes. I have both connected to solar panels and coal generators, but the oxygen distributor won't stay steady on electricity? Any help? I have many panels connected (1,3 is unfrozen water, 2,4 is frozen)
