There are a lot of different things that can help make fighting bosses much easier in Terraria but a great place to start is upgrading your boss arena. Here’s a few ways to help you make yours better! #shorts #terraria
I want to add that placing multiple of any of these things in close proximity won't cause the buffs to stack. But they do have a maximum buff applying radius, so placing multiple far away from each other would make sense in larger arenas. I like to add Sunflowers around to give increased movement speed and reduced monster spawns

You can also use heart-reach potions to make picking up hearts easier
Don't forget gnomes which increase luck! Luck both increases the damage you deal and decreases how much you take.
