Such small farm can’t self-sustain. Your setup should be:
block of water, 4 tiles from water in every direction (so it forms 9×9 square with 1 water in the middle), brazier on top of the water, sourcelink on top of the brazier, source jar (jars) on side of sourcelink. I don’t recall exact numbers, but Ars plants provide more source, so you can add a bunch of them on your farmland too.
