I am even more interested to know what happens to his shop after marriage. If he maintains the same hours, he’ll never be home. If he works less, then that’s an essential service that the player won’t be able to use.

I’ll admit that I was team wizard. Clint wasn’t even on my radar tbh. But the more I think about it, I’m glad that it’s him. He deserves a real character arc after all these years of being a lonely depressed man.
Besides I’ve heard that SVE does the wizard route very well, so I can be satisfied with that. Maybe someday I’ll get a PC setup so that I can play with mods.

While I don’t think I’ll ever personally romance Clint, I am very excited to see character development. Hopefully, he doesn’t get the same treatment as Shane, where he has all this growth, and then his room still reflects his old personality.

I will probably still default Elliot for vanilla partners (usually end up with modded characters), but I do appreciate that SDV is getting a strongman body type for romanceable characters. I just hope the updates to his heart events help with confidence and smoothing out his awkwardness.
