Cliff looks great, as for the trees try mixing dark oak and oak, aswell as some birch.

I think one thing that would really bring the cliff the rest of the way is breaking up the fairly visible horizontal lines going all the way across it.

Shaping is great! Might just be personal preference but maybe more foliage would look good. You should take a look at what Mumbo Jumbo has worked on in the current Hermitcraft season, as he had a very similar idea!
