She is like that before you make friends with her. After 2 hearts she stops being rude. Infact after marriage she ends up trying to help and is covered head to toe toe in stuff laughing cause it was fun.

Haley is one of those characters I decided early on that whenever I find some trash from the river I would gift it to her. I do the same with Shane, but with rocks, I would just bring him a rock everyday the game would allow. Until the point where they are nicer to me, then they can have good gifts.
