    My take on shutting Roblox down longer is that it would be more stressful for players, of course that should not be a top priority. I think that just going for a day could work as a statement that they have power, as in the initial blackout was just a warning, however they do not seem to have mentioned anything about doing it again if this one doesn't work. Also because I saw this past midnight I looked on the platform and have not yet noticed anything so idk when it will start or if it already started and just didn't see it.

    Seeing the chat filled with nothing but locked symbols is weirdly heartbreaking. Reminds one of all the funny and/or helpful conversations in games they could be missing out on.

    heres an example on how to do a boycott: on 2023 SAG-AFTRA, representing hundreds of thousands of big actors initiated a boycott over the big motion picture studios of the US due to disagreements regarding the use of AI and over streaming residuals and regulation of self-tape auditions. It actually worked and caused a bunch of films to be delayed and lost the economy of California around 6.5 billion. This is actually because they did the obvious logical step of FCKING NOT HAVING DEADLINES AND HAD PEOPLE WHO WERE WILLING TO RISK IT ALL EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE THE TOP DOGS IN THE ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY.

    meanwhile Roblox boycotts are like "lets boycott for 1 WEEK ONLY! THAT'LL SHOW EM!!" and combine it with developers who don't have the backbone to delist their games despite the top 10 making bank and you got yourself a failed boycott. I understand if games like Nullscape or PHIGHTING! can't participate but fricking SURVIVE 99 NIGHTS IN THE FOREST and ESCAPE A TSUNAMI TO STEAL BRAINROTS literally are moneymakers with every predatory gambling thing imaginable, holy sht just participate man

    It's March 1st and absolutely no game has been privated, and as example 99 nights in the forest has around 500k players playing right now, and it's night time in the west.
