I’ve had a rough relationship with modern Minecraft, after trying to use the golden days resource pack to relive my childhood, I just gave up and started a new PS3 survival world. Haven’t had so much fun in years! What version of Minecraft do you prefer?

The worst part of playing in modern versions with an old world is the constant bugs and glitches you face,i literally had all the entities of my world deleted after an update it was devastating

  2. Console edition is where it’s at I play ps4 and ps vita edition but didn’t mind playing bugrock until they changed the world height then that killed modern Minecraft for me this should be optional rather than forced upon you imo

1.8 is my favorite version, though my favorite for nostalgia purposes is beta 1.7.3. 🙂

I started off playing Bedrock on a PC back around 2018. I probably would have stayed there, but they disabled shaders to implement ray-tracing and at that point my computer didn’t support that. So I found a way to convert my world to Java and have been playing Java ever since. Now I’m way too invested in mods to go back. I occasionally play Pocket Edition on my tablet, but really don’t like the touch screen interface.

  5. I’ve always and only played Java, whatever the current version is, vanilla. My family and I play on a local server and occasionally (maybe 2-3 times a year?) start a new world / save.
